Welcome to our Negative Space! This application allows users to generate images with AI, save the images, buy the images on prints, and interact with others images and buy those as well. We use Supabase for authentication and Stripe for payment processing. By using our application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our application.
To use our application, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including your email, password, and display name. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We offer a Pro plan for $1.99/month. Subscription fees are billed monthly. By subscribing to the Pro plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Changes to your plan will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. We also offer a 30-day free trial for new users.
All payments are processed through Stripe. By providing your payment information, you agree to Stripes terms and conditions. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date payment information. We do not store credit card information on our servers.
You agree not to share your login credentials with others, use the application for any illegal activities, violate any intellectual property rights, or engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the application.
We reserve the right to terminate your account if you violate these terms and conditions. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and any associated data.
We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the application, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated terms on our application. Your continued use of the application after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
